Customer Service, Not Customer Go Away!

Hope all is well with you and life is good!

Well, it’s been a long and arduous journey, but supermoneypro is back in the saddle, and hopefully barring any unforseen pitfalls, we’re back for the duration.

We do apologize for the unseemly hiatus, but as everyone knows, stuff happens, LOL!

Which brings us to our blog topic, Customer Service.

Do you online business owners cringe when you hear these two words?

This is the part of the business that the vast majority of online business owners wish would just go away.

But, customer service is a foundational part of your business strategy, and if it isn’t, could very well explain one reason why you are not successful.

Haven’t you ever bought something that you weren’t happy with, something that didn’t work, broke or otherwise was unsuitable for you?

How would you have felt if the merchant you bought it from told you to go jump in the lake or otherwise gave you the run around?

Exactly.

Now imagine that it’s your customer, would you do the same thing to him or her?

Hopefully, you would do the right thing and make it right for your customer, even if that meant returning his or her money.

Your online reputation is built on trust and integrity, and customer service is an integral part of that formula.

Believe me, if it got out that you couldn’t be trusted and your integrity was suspect, it wouldn’t matter what you did to stem the damage, for the damage has already been done.

In my experience, I found very few internet marketers who possessed these two vital qualities.

Two who I can freely and expressly say possess these qualities are Mke Barcus over at resellitforprofit.com and Terry Jett at jettdigitals.com.

Both of these fine people were able to help me with my purchases from them.  In fact, they both went over and beyond to insure that I was satisfied.

Mike and Terry, I thank you here on this public forum for being so kind and generous to me in my time of need.

Both offer digital products that are fresh, new and innovative.

Mike’s website, resellitforprofit.com is based on the membership model, while Terry at jettdigitals.com offers products at very generously discounted prices.  Both sites are easy to navigate and use.

But it’s their committment to customer service that makes them stand out among gazillion websites found on the internet.

There are others such as Kathe and Denise at wackygirls.com who also offer friendly customer service and have no problem in making sure that their customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase.

But in my eyes, both Mike at resellitforprofit.com and Terry at jettdigitals.com offer customer service that truly stands out.

Take my word for it, if you have a problem with your purchase at either site, you will be given the best customer service.

A word to the wise though, it is never good manners to go in with all guns ablazing.  If you request help in a calm, respectful manner, you will be treated like a king.

But if you start a six-alarm conflagaration and leave a smoking crater in your quest for customer satisfaction, I guarantee that you will not be treated very well.

Yes, there are those miscreants on the internet who deserve such treatment, but first try the sane approach and if you don’t get satisfaction or are just plain ignored, then escalation may be your only recourse.

The best thing to do is deal with legitimate merchants, I mean if the offer sounds to good to be true, well guess what, it is.

It’s the gullible who fall for the pie-in-the-sky claims, and I pretty sure that you aren’t one of those kind of people, right?

So it pays to do your due diligence and research, but as you know, buying is about emotions as anything else.

Keep your wits about you as you read the hype filled, get rich quick offers that pour into your email inbox.  In all of that caca you will find diamonds.

For starters, visit www.resellitforprofit.com and www.jettdigitals.com, to see how it’s done and for products that are highly profitable to sell.

So until next time, keep the faith, and keep your eyes on the ball.

c ya

P.S. I’m not making any money off of this, this is from the heart.  But, I hope to join the affiliate program for both Mike and Terry at a later date.
